Terms of Service — Threads and Figs

  1. About Us Threads and Figs is a digital art shop based in Madrid, Spain, offering tatreez-inspired embroidery designs, personalized digital prints, and printable stationery. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
  2. Digital Products All products sold by Threads and Figs are digital files delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link and/or access instructions via email.
  3. License & Usage When you purchase a design from Threads and Figs, you receive a personal-use license only. This means:
  • You may download, print, and use the design for personal purposes (home décor, personal phone wallpaper, your own wedding/event stationery, etc.)
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others
  • You may not claim the design as your own or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission
  • Editable templates (e.g., Canva-based invitations) are for personalizing your own event only — not for resale as a template to others
  1. Personalization For personalized items (name prints, custom invitations), you are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, and details before finalizing your design. Threads and Figs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
  2. Delivery Digital files are delivered instantly or within a reasonable time after purchase, via email or download link. If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@threadsandfigs.com.
  3. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy. As digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, in accordance with EU consumer protection guidelines on digital content.
  4. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Threads and Figs and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
