All items sold by Threads and Figs are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, broken link, or wrong file received), please contact us at hello@threadsandfigs.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll gladly resolve it.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately and agree to waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law once access to the file has been granted.
